Live Virtual Workouts include your meal guide to help you learn how to incorporate different dishes into daily meals by teaching you how to properly meal prep your meals for the week with various options.
I'll be your co-pilot and guide you through your body goals. I'm your trainer on the go. I also include homework assignments to help accelerate your results. With workouts being Virtually Mobile all you have to do is turn on your phone and grab your laptop and you can complete your workouts from home, the gym, outdoors, or on vacation.
Class Schedule:
Monday: Legs & Abs
Wednesday: Upper Body and HIIT Cardio
There are no make-up sessions for missed classes. Please plan accordingly. Use a reminder on your phone calendar to remind you of your scheduled workouts.
